Hole to Hades

The Hole to Hades is one of our newest and soon to be most difficult obstacles.

1.    A decent into a concrete ravine with water and mud at the bottom
2.    Your worst nightmare


The easiest way to tackling Hades is to control your speed going down and then getting up, use your upper body strength on the first level to pull yourself out and then dig, dig, dig your way to the top. 

Want to get in shape for this one? You are going to have to build strength in your quads and beef up your upper body and arm strength so make sure you do plenty of lunges and pushups so you can blow through the Hole to Hades.
